FROM THE M40 NORTHBOUND
Take the exit at Junction 3.  At the roundabout take the 2nd exit.  After approx. half a mile, turn right at the traffic lights into Rayners Avenue.  Wycombe Heights is at the end of the road.

FROM THE M40 SOUTHBOUND
Take the exit at junction 4.  Follow signs for A40 High Wycombe.  On exiting High Wycombe, follow the A40 towards Beaconsfield (you are on the London Road).  Go past the retail park and turn left at the traffic lights into Rayners Avenue.
